Topic: Favorite film...

Hi :), today we will be talking about our favorites movieees.

Well, for me it is quite difficult to find a single situation or thing that I like or attract my attention because I am too dispersed and I always tend to attract a little of each new thing that I know, to a greater or lesser extent. So the same thing happens to me with movies, I don't have a favorite style or a single movie that I like, although there are certain themes that call my attention more when choosing a movie.

The styles that most attract my attention in terms of cinema are fantasy, suspense and action, literally in that order hehe. With regard to fantasy, movies like Harry Potter (2001-2011) or Maze Runner (2014-2018) are always the old reliable when I feel like something comfortable and entertaining, because even though I have seen them like a million times I never get bored of the plot, of the characters or dialogues, are films that in my opinion have a super good quality in terms of special effects as well as actors.

With regard to suspense films, I must say that I love the adrenaline sensation that films of this style provoke in me as I am literally all the time worried about what happens on the screen; sometimes they are also very mixed with the horror ones that I also like, but they are not something I commonly see. Movies like Split (2016) or Doctor Sleep (2019), which fall into this category, also sometimes turn out to be a very good panorama. 

Hereditary (2018) is also a very good film, although it is not always possible for me to put up with the atmosphere that the film creates around it :).

Now, with respect to action cinema, the films that I like the most are those of Marvel in general, they have a super good development and also the comic factor is always present. Being more specific, I really like Black Panther (2018), this because the characters are very well done and the villain has a super strong story behind that makes you be on his side at certain times, or almost all the time kjdkj (laugh) ; I also really like the musical themes of the film and that is because it won an Oscar for best soundtrack for nothing, definitely a masterpiece. Another film of this style that I like arto and that also has some suspense, is World War Z, this, like the first ones, is the reliable old woman when I want to see something and I don't know what or I can not choose.

Topic: Changes to my study programme... Hello and welcome :)... as you can see, we have to reflect on our academic future and, also, if we would change something about it. This year I started studying Social Work and one of my subjects is about research, in fact, right now we are in the middle of a research project. I particularly find this subject too difficult, especially because, as we are just freshmen, it is a resource that in my opinion we should see later, close to the thesis and the end of the degree. Even so, I consider that it is a very important tool for the profession I am studying, only that I would have liked to see it for the "first time" and having more experience in this area, or at least with more time and, therefore, with a broader induction :).
